“Big things have small beginnings.”
Founded back in 2022, our company philosophy from the very beginning has been simple, aim to tell stories that we ourselves could be fans of.
It is perhaps our start in rainy Vancouver that has in part influenced us to believe that books, and entertainment as a whole should offer an escape from the outside world—a refuge if you will. From downpour, from boredom, and even from our worries.
Classic series like COIE, Blackest Night, and Secret Wars (1985) have always been there for us, and so we hope that one day our stories will similarly act as safe havens for others. For when you’re having problems with your family, stressed out about your low paying job, or feeling anxious about the future. For when you just need to get away. To put everything aside and disappear to another world for just a little bit of time—enough to catch your breath before running back into this battlefield they call life.
Our intention is to begin with comic books, then to transition into video games, before eventually following it up with movies on the big screen. As the great Steve Jobs said, why merely observe the future, when you can create it? And with enough calculated plans to make a super villain blush, we intend to do just that!
